Crystal Clear Solutions LLC — doing business as CCSNorthwest Security — is available as a subcontractor and as a 1099 independent contractor for access control, video, gates, and limited-energy work across North Idaho, eastern Washington, and western Montana.
How we contract.
Work is billed through Crystal Clear Solutions LLC. CCSNorthwest Security is the DBA. We are not your employees. Typical engagements are a subcontract to a prime or GC, or a 1099 agreement for a defined scope — one site, one campus, or a service window.
W-9, insurance certificate, and additional-insured wording are available on request. Invoices, insurance, and contracts use the LLC name.
Scopes we take.
Commercial and industrial first. Residential only when it fits the job.
Access control
Readers, controllers, strikes, maglocks, REX, and door hardware. New openings and takeovers.
Limited energy / low voltage
Pathway, cable, cabinets, PoE, and clean landings that pass inspection and the next technician.
Video
IP cameras, recording, and coverage that matches the drawings — not a camera dumped on a pole.
Gates, hangars, and doors
The access side of vehicle gates, hangar openings, and pedestrian doors, coordinated with the mechanical work.
Pro-Watch
Install, programming, maintenance, and migrations on Honeywell Pro-Watch sites.
Service on someone else's plant
When a door, gate, or recorder fails and the original installer is gone. We will tell you what can stay.
Show up documented
Openings, parts, and the network called out before tools come off the truck. You get something you can hand to the inspector and the next shift.
Fit the job, not a national playbook
Idaho, eastern Washington, and western Montana are the territory. Weather, distance, and existing hardware are part of the estimate, not a change order later.
Stay until it is done
Consult, install, and service. If a door does not release at turnover, it is still our problem.
