About
CCSNorthwest Security is Crystal Clear Solutions.
CCSNorthwest Security is a DBA of Crystal Clear Solutions LLC. Same company, based in Rathdrum, serving North Idaho and surrounding areas.
Since 2018.
Mike Parenteau, a North Idaho native, has spent more than twenty-five years in security systems — access control, video, and the low-voltage industry. He has worked in Idaho, eastern Washington, and western Montana for his entire career. He knows what this region does to your systems, and he installs so those issues do not become service calls later.
Mike is CompTIA A+ IT technician certified, NICET II for fire alarms, and factory certified on multiple access, video, and security systems. His reputation is built on knowledge, quality work, and customer satisfaction.
The public-facing name is CCSNorthwest Security so people searching in this region can find the company. The legal entity remains Crystal Clear Solutions LLC. Invoices, insurance, and contracts use the LLC.
Pro-Watch, for real
Extensive experience with the Pro-Watch software suite — install, maintenance, and transitions when a site has outgrown it.
Commercial first
Offices, shops, warehouses, hangars, and gates. Residential when it is a good fit, not as the default product.
Until the job is done
Consultations, installations, and service. We stay in communication. You get a system you can hand to the next shift.
